Honda S600 Roadster - Red 1965

1965 Honda S600 Roadster

This 1965 Honda S600 roadster is a left-hand drive example that is said to have been initially owned in France and imported to the US in the 1970s. The car is powered by a 606cc inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission.

The cabin houses fixed-back bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Brushed metal trim adorns the instrument surround, and the car is equipped with a heater/defroster.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an 11k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges monitoring coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The 606cc DOHC inline-four is equipped with quadruple side-draft carburetors. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and dual outboard chain-drive assemblies.
